Turn on GPS to find fuel docks around you

Fuel prices, availability, and dock conditions are crowd-sourced and may not reflect the latest on-water reality. Always call the fuel dock to confirm prices, hours, and depth before arrival. WetSlipFinder is not responsible for any inaccurate information.

How "fuel docks near me" works

This tool searches for marina fuel docks, yacht-club fuel, boatyard fuel, and mobile fuel providers within a search radius of your current location. Distance is calculated as the great-circle nautical-mile distance from your GPS fix to each dock; an estimated cruising ETA is included on every result card. Results combine WetSlipFinder's verified dock dataset with proximity context from Google Places for harbors with sparse coverage.

GPS usage

Toggle GPS on to allow your browser to share its current latitude and longitude with the tool. The fix is used only for the proximity search and is never stored. If you prefer not to enable GPS, you can pick any U.S. city or island anchor (Hawaii, Caribbean, Bermuda) from the dropdowns instead — the search runs from that location.

Location accuracy

Browser GPS accuracy varies by device and conditions. On modern smartphones with a clear sky view, expect a fix within 5–15 meters. On laptops or in cabin spaces with limited sky view, accuracy can degrade to 50–500 meters. The search radius defaults to about 5 statute miles for U.S. mainland harbors and 25 statute miles for island anchors to keep results meaningful across both density profiles.

FAQs

Why don't I see fuel docks I know exist? They may be outside the search radius, closed today, or filtered out by your fuel-type or draft constraints. Try removing filters or selecting "Any fuel." Are prices accurate? Verified prices submitted through the owner portal carry a fresh timestamp. Estimated prices from Google Places are labeled — always confirm by phone. What about route planning? Use the route fuel planner to sequence multiple stops along a passage.
