What we can — and can't — help with

WetSlipFinder is an independent marina marketplace, not a booking agent. We help boaters discover wet slips, transient dockage, liveaboard programs, and fuel docks across the U.S., Bahamas, Caribbean, Hawaii, and Bermuda. We don't take payment for slip reservations, hold inventory, or issue refunds — every confirmation runs through the dockmaster directly. If you've already paid a marina and need help with a billing or stay-related issue, the marina's office is the right first call.

Marina owners and operators

Operators can list a marina, claim an existing record, or push price and availability updates through the claim a marina workflow. Fuel-dock operators publish daily gas, diesel, and ethanol-free prices through the fuel-dock owner portal. Brand and partnership inquiries should reference advertise or partners in the subject line so they route to the right desk.

Inquiry categories

When you reach out, the most useful subjects are: data correction (depth, amenities, slip count, hours), missing marina (a harbor we haven't covered yet), partnership (insurance, fuel, dockage software), press, and boater feedback. Categorized messages reach the right editor faster, especially during peak season when the inbox runs heavier.

Response expectations

We respond to most messages within one U.S. business day, often within hours during weekday business hours. Time-sensitive marina-owner price submissions are processed by the editorial team Monday through Friday. We don't operate a phone hotline — the form on this page is the fastest path to a real person on our team.
