AI Smart Route PlannerBeta
Tell the planner your boat and trip. We only return routing recommendations when verified chart, weather, tide, and bridge clearance data are available for your area.
From — Starting point
Uses your device GPS. If a paired external receiver is exposed to the phone/browser, the live GPS fix becomes the planner starting point.
To — Destination marina
Smart Route Planner waiting for GPS
Tap Use my phone GPS, or connect GPS in the Navigator GPS panel first. The planner will use the real live fix only — no simulated location.
Chart, tide & bridge data — not yet connected
NOAA ENC chart layers, tide/current stations, fixed-bridge clearance tables and no-wake zone overlays are not connected to this planner yet. The planner cannot fetch or verify them automatically. Until those data feeds are wired in, you must verify the route on your onboard chartplotter, NOAA charts (or the free NOAA Chart Viewer), Active Captain, and by calling the destination marina.
What the full planner will check once data feeds are connected
- Shallow water vs your draft
- Fixed bridge vs your air draft
- No-wake zones along route
- Weather windows for arrival time
- Tide & current at marina entrance
- Fuel stops within range
- Night navigation risk
- Alternate safe marinas nearby
