Answer

How do transient slips work?

Transient slips are short-term wet slips booked by the night or week. Reserve like a hotel, call the dockmaster on approach, and follow tie-up instructions.

Booking

Online reservation systems (Dockwa, Snag-A-Slip) or direct call. Marina charges a card hold and confirms slip assignment 24 hours before arrival.

Arrival

Call on VHF channel 16 (or marina-published working channel) 15 minutes out. Dockmaster directs you to the slip and helps with lines.

Pricing

$2.50–$6 per foot per night with weekly and monthly discounts in slower months.
